Recently, the company announced that it entered into a strategic alliance agreement with Honest Inc. whereby Cannabis Wheaton will assist with the establishment and licensing of a cannabis facility focused on the research, development and commercialization of cannabis-based beverages.

This morning, Namaste announced that it has signed a non-binding Terms Sheet with PharmaCann Pty Ltd., whereby Namaste will participate in an investment to purchase a 10% equity position in PharmaCann.

 

Supreme Cannabis Co Inc. (TSXV:FIRE) (OTC:SPRWF)

 

Shares of Supreme Cannabis Co Inc. dropped 5.41% today on lower than average trading volume on the OTC markets, closing the day at $1.40 USD per share. Earlier this week, Supreme announced that it entered into a definitive agreement where Supreme Cannabis will complete a $10,000,000 CAD strategic equity investment Lesotho-based in Medigrow.
