Aphria Inc. (TSX:APH) (OTC:APHQF)


Last night, Aphria Inc. had a conference call to discuss its agreement to become a medical cannabis supplier to Shoppers Drug Mart. Subject to Health Canada's approval of Shoppers Drug Mart's application to be a licensed producer, under the terms of the agreement the company will supply Shoppers Drug Mart with Aphria-branded medical cannabis products.


Aurora Cannabis Inc. (TSX:ACB) (OTC:ACBFF)


This morning, Aurora Cannabis Inc. announced that it completed the acquisitions of Larssen Ltd, a globally leading greenhouse engineering and design consultancy, and that of H2 Biopharma, a late-stage ACMPRapplicant based in Quebec.


Canopy Growth Corporation (TSX:WEED) (OTC:TWMJF)


This morning, Canopy Growth Corporation announced that Spectrum Cannabis Denmark ApS, a joint venture between Canopy and Danish Cannabis ApS, has announced plans to establish a 40,000 m² production facility in Odense, Denmark.


CLS Holdings USA, Inc. (OTC:CLSH)


Today, CLS Holdings USA, Inc. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Oasis Cannabis, a fully integrated company that provides grow, extraction, and conversion services, complete with a retail dispensary business. Oasis is currently generating approximately $650,000 per month in gross revenue through retail cannabis sales.


CV Sciences, Inc. (OTC:CVSI)


This morning, CV Sciences, Inc. announced today that it has paid the December 2017 installment obligation under its March 1, 2017 Convertible Promissory Note in cash, thus avoiding the lender’s conversion of this amount under the terms of the Note.
