The closing bell has rung and its time to take stock of the day's market action. Broad cannabis equity markets recovered some of yesterday's steep losses, gaining roughly 1% in today's trading session (as measured by the Solactive North American Medical Marijuana Index). Despite broader gains, there were a handful of names from our global marijuana stock database that sold off in today's trading session. In alphabetical order, here are 3 marijuana related stocks that posted noteworthy losses in today's trading session.

After falling more than 5% yesterday on fears regarding the possibility of new rules banning the settlement of cannabis companies with U.S. operations at Canada's only equity clearinghouse, shares of Aphria dropped another 3.20% in today's trading on the TSX.
