This morning, Leo Resources Inc. (CSE:LEO) announced the execution of the definitive agreement to acquire Green Life Clinics. This is a step in the reverse merger process that upon its successful completion will result in Green Life's listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
Green Life Clinics is a British Columbia based company that recently acquired MCRCI Medicinal Cannabis Resources Inc. MCRCI Medicinal Cannabis Resources operates clinics and pavilions in Western Canada. Through its six clinic locations, the company assists people in determining eligibility, completing medical forms, obtaining a physician consultation and finding the right licensed producer.
Green Life Clinics has also signed an agreement to acquire Patient Access Pavilions Ltd. Patient Access Pavilions has developed a proprietary software which is used to store, transmit, and sort data of incoming patients based on location, ailment, and preferred contact method. The company's kiosks are placed in locations of interest to cannabis users as well as doctors’ offices and clinics that serve people with ailments that match Health Canada's ailment list for ACMPR patients. Patient Access Pavilions is looking to expand their reach by adding a variety of kiosks in health clinics, physiotherapy offices, massage clinics, pharmacies and more.
