Earlier today, Terra Tech Corp. (OTC:TRTC) announced that its Dual Use Marijuana business licenses have been approved by the State of Nevada Department of Taxation. This approval allows all four of its Blüm Nevada dispensary locations to sell adult-use cannabis starting July 1st.
Nevada's adult-use marijuana sales start at midnight, July 1st. In May, the state's Tax commission approved an "early start" program, allowing sales to begin six months early. After a small hiccup a few weeks ago relating to the privileged role liquor distributors are given under the law, the early start program is progressing as planned.
