Nevada's adult-use marijuana sales start at midnight, July 1st. In May, the state's Tax commission approved an "early start" program, allowing sales to begin six months early. After a small hiccup a few weeks ago relating to the privileged role liquor distributors are given under the law, the early start program is progressing as planned.
