This morning, it was announced that the National Cannabis Bar Association is welcoming Chris Davis as the new Executive Director. The growth of the NCBA drove the decision to bring on a dedicated director to fill the role of expanding membership and increasing the benefits and offerings to the organization's members.
For those unfamiliar with the National Cannabis Bar Association, it was "formed in 2015 by a group of lawyers who saw a need to educate and connect with other cannabis industry lawyers for the purpose of providing excellent, ethical, and advanced legal assistance to this growing industry."
Chris Davis is an attorney and member of the bar in both New York and California. Prior to his new position with NCBA, Davis was working on the Practical Law Finance Team as a Senior Editor. Practical Law is a Thomson Reuters company that provides attorneys with research, checklists, guides and more to help them handle complex legal solutions.
