This morning, Matica announced that per a prior LOI, they have signed a definitive agreement giving them a 70% stake in RoyalMax Biotechnology Canada Inc., a late-stage ACMPR applicant. Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. 

 

Shares of Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. (FRA:50N)(TSXV:NSP)(OTC:NSPDF) are up just over 8.5% in early trading. This morning Naturally Splendid and Canature  announced a definitive agreement, whereas Canature will begin work to formulate Naturally Splendid's proprietary HempOmega into Canature's existing product lines and begin R&D on future pet food and treat products. We'll be sure to keep track of Naturally Splendid shares through the rest of the trading day to see how markets react to this news.

 

Nutritional High International Inc. 

 

Shares of Nutritional High International Inc. (CSE:EAT)(OTCQB:SPLIF)(FRA:2NU) are down just over 1% in early trading. PotNetwork Holding Inc. 

 

Shares of PotNetwork Holding Inc. (OTC:POTN) are down roughly 4% in early trading.
