The Tinley Beverage Company Inc. (CSE:TNY) (OTC PINK:QRSRF) announced an update on its recent business activities. Tinley also gave an announcement on the results of their Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held yesterday in Toronto, Canada.
Tinley Beverage's medicinal marijuana collective in California has partnered with another collective in San Francisco that will provide Tinley with cannabis oil for their products. This collective currently serves over 10,000 cannabis patients.
Initial formulas and recipes of the "Tinley '27" cannabis infused drinks have been produced. Tinley is working to produce an initial batch for sales samples and demonstrations, followed by a larger-scale production run.

Tinley is looking to pursue opportunities in California's recreational marijuana program as and when the program begins.
Hemplify, Tinley's line of drinkable hemp CBD products, has begun initial shipments and trials in stores including Sprouts (Eastlake and Chula Vista), Bristol Farms, GNC's LuckyVitamin.com and in several convenience store chains. Tinley has also received reorders at certain stores, and the majority of stores participating in the previously-announced convenience store trial have indicated interest in continuing to carry the product.
Annual General Meeting
Tinley Beverage Company held bothe their Annual and General Meeting of Shareholders last week on Tuesday, February 28th, 2017. At the meeting, Tinley CEO Jeff Maser, as well as board members David Ellison, Ted Zittell and Andrew Stodart were re-elected to serve on the board of directors for the coming year.
Nutritional High CEO, David Posner did not stand for re-election and Tinley thanks him for his service to the company. Tinley shareholders also re-approved Lipton, LLP Chartered Accountants as auditors for the company and authorized the directors to fix their remuneration.

We are now working to drive consumer demand and launch additional hemp extract products into our existing retail channels.
