Announced yesterday, but already effective as of December 1st, Donald Scott is no longer Chief Financial Officer of The Canadian Bioceutical Corporation (OTC:CBICF) (TSXV:BCC). Randall Stafford has officially been named the new CFO of Canadian Bioceutical Corp. In addition to the CFO change, it was also announced that Canadian Bioceutical Corp. appointed Jonathan Chu as Vice President of Finance and Accounting.
According to Canadian Bioceutical CEO Scott Boyes, the company is "very pleased having been able to attract people of Randy's and Jonathan's caliber to join our management team in what we believe will be a very exciting period in [Canadian Bioceutical's] development. They bring further depth and breadth to our management team and will play a key role in the implementation of [Canadian Bioceutical's] growth strategy."
Randall got his MBA from University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and is a CPA. Before joining the team at Canadian Bioceutical, Stafford was VP of finance at Cushman & Wakefield Canada. He also served as Director of Operations and Fulfillment at First Canadian Title and more.
Chu got his Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and is also a CPA like Randall. Chu has had a long history of financial management positions as CFO of EnerGulf Resources, Senior Financial Analyst at Marrelli Support Services and more.
