Along with California and Massachusetts, Nevada has now legalized recreational marijuana. Yesterday, voters in Nevada said yes to Question 2 on their ballots. Voting yes on Question 2 meant you "supported legalizing the recreational use of one ounce or less of marijuana by individuals 21 years of age and over." according to Ballotpedia. Of course this will include taxation and regulation similar to a Colorado system.
This should make any future trip to Vegas a little bit better, much to the dismay of Sheldon Adelson who had pumped millions of dollars into keeping marijuana illegal in his home state, as well as others.
