Back on Track:
Yesterday, American Green, Inc. (OTC:ERBB) announced that their Phoenix, Arizona cultivation site is back on track following a few hiccups in the planning phase.
ERBB announced that the first permits are in place with the City of Phoenix and the State of Arizona, making way for renovations to get started. If all goes as planned, they expect to have the first marijuana harvest in March of 2017.
"The way our team has set up the property to effectively use the available space will allow American Green's cultivation partner to enjoy yields conservatively placed at well over 1,000 pounds of legal medicine annually. At current wholesale prices, we project a yield of about $1,500,000 in gross revenues for our first American Green grown facility," according to David Gwyther, president of American Green, Inc. Some highlighted specifics of the expected facility include:
a 1,889 square foot grow room
a 953 square foot mom room
a 855 square foot tank room
10 x 440 square foot flower rooms
a 161 square foot cure room
Bonus For Shareholders:
Shareholders in American Green, Inc. (OTC:ERBB) will be invited before the end of the month to visit the project for a walk-through.
