There's a 67,000 sq. ft. greenhouse in Middletown, Maryland that has been shuttered due to storm damages.
Larry Gude and his family have grown and produced decorative and ornamental flowers at this location since the late 1800's.
As part of a pilot program, the Frederick County Council will be voting whether or not to allow this location to cultivate medical marijuana.
Concerns include security and more.
Gude thinks this facility could produce roughly 5,000 lbs. of medical marijuana each year.
This vote should take place later this year in September.
