The Daily Marijuana Observer
There was a zoning commission meeting on Tuesday in New Milford, Connecticut.
They unanimously voted to allow medical marijuana dispensaries in B-2 zoning areas.
This will go into action August 1st.
B-2 Zoning areas are general business use zones.
The dispensaries must be located more than 1,000 feet from churches, schools, etc.
